I topped up my balance to buy proxies but apparently my account does not allow me to buy so please I ask the admin to reimburse me because I only topped up my balance to buy proxies

Hi,
I am not aware of any restriction placed on your account.
If you believe your account is facing issues, you can create a new account and post a message with it on this thread. Then I will transfer your current balance onto this new account.
