Can not create proxy from AWS Educate account

I get the access key from main page of AWS educate account: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40515079/access-key-id-and-secret-access-key-for-aws-educate-account


But when I created proxy, it got 401 error

Hello, sorry I have no experience with AWS educate account. Maybe somebody else may answer this question. I'm currious as well.
