Can't add an upcloud account

I went to https://hub.upcloud.com/people add user api but createproxy's system gives error:
[401] Client error: `GET https://api.upcloud.com/1.2/plan` resulted in a `401 Unauthorized` response: { "error" : { "error_code" : "AUTHENTICATION_FAILED", "error_message" : "Authentication failed using the (truncated...) - Error message from profile: Upcloud Try to remove this profile to fix this issue.
