create more than 20 proxies on same run

Hey,

it will be better if we can create more than 20 proxies per single run so we dont have to repeat this task like 10 times for 200 proxies its really slow and annoying ... thx

Today I have released Amazon AWS V2 .. this new service allow you to create any number of proxies per single run (of course limited by amazon).

Hello @Zdenek I agree, please give azure option to create more then 10 proxies sir at a time.

I may be able to increase azure Limit to 20.Azure will be updated in upcomming days, so I will see how much I can increase this.
