Hav'nt recieved my balance

Hii, i recently bought 14 USD balance in btc. but I hav't received it. how long does it take? I've been waiting for like a hour now. did I do something wrong? I'm 100% sure I payed enough. please let me know,

Hello Guus,

If you Pay via Bitcoin, it is very important to send exact amount in Bitcoin as requested else payment will be not be recognized. I have found your transaction and will credit you manually.

For example you can not pay 0.0004029  when you have to pay 0.000402989  This may happen due to rounding by your wallet etc.
