2 years ago i remember when i signed up with this website on my other email syegane1@asu.edu ( i cant log in from that email on this website ) there was a lot of delays with the new system, so i ended up not using my subscription completly becuase of the delays of the lunch of a product that could create unlimited proxies .

i was wondering if i could get extra month for the wasted subscription since there was a lot of delays in lunch of the website . i saw the website now, its really updated and i really want to try it again,

would that be possible please :) ?
