i have not create 8080 port ip i have many times try but not ip not work please help very urjent i have use ip for india https://www.irctc.co.in this website i request please solve my problem fast amazon aws ip generate

If you need port 8080 for HTTP Login, then you should select default port 8079. As 8079 will be used used for SOCKS5 LOGIN, 8080 for HTTP LOGIN etc.
