i am getting charged even after deleting the proxy instance

I have already deleted my proxy instance after using it as I do not have a membership but today i received an email saying ' Your AWS account  has exceeded 85% of the usage limit for one or more AWS Free Tier-eligible services for the month of July.

May i ask what is 30 GB of Amazon Elastic Block Storage in any combination of General Purpose (SSD) or Magnetic

Make sure, that you have no active any services in Amazon, Its always required to check and watch any provider including Amazon. If you find anything in your Amazon Dashboard, just remove it manually. Thanks.
