Hey buddy unfortunately you joined like i did the owner and support has not been responsive for a month+ Without the owner operator updating for Vultr i dont know of any ways to use this service to have it function properly. I can tell you what services have worked i loaded 20 dollars a few months ago excited for the experience and recieved no response to support and no help.. So hopefully we can get you some help Linode is working with creating proxies , Hetzner , AWS those are the three i can confirm for you personally able to test that are working without issues sorry you are having to deal with this wish we could put a sign up before paying haha.
