Hello, this is probably caused because your login credentials does not work. I will look into lunanode soon. Try different credentials, and make sure that your credentials are not restricted by IP.

The thing is even when I don't have login credentials it just redirects me to a white page (here is the link: https://createproxy.com/dashboard/lunanode/). when I do the same thing on other providers it just redirects me to the add account section

I understand, there is a bug  -> but trust me, this is happening because of fatal error caused by wrong / non working credentials. I will upgrade lunanode soon. But please note, Lunanode is using OVH as a server provider, so basically what you receive from them, you can do on your own via merchant tools on  https://createproxy.com/merchant/server_template/
