Microsoft Azure not creating proxies

Hey, I am trying to create proxies from microsoft azure but its not getting processed. i tried 2 times and left my pc on overnight because i thought it may take hours to do it but when i wake up i saw my balance got deducted but no proxy was created. it is getting stuck. I am tried again and and same thing happened. Can anyone help me? Is there any system error?

Hello, 

Yesterday I have done hardware and software upgrade, plus I have added firewall for extra layer of security. (there was growing number of attacks so I could not wait any longer to do this..). I've been preparing things for it for the last three days. Unfortunately, not everything went as I expected and as a result you have experienced some problems. So yes all problems were caused by this. At the moment all services suppose to run normally, If you find any Bug, please report in Discord https://discord.gg/dyy7PQeU

I unable to login my old i added 14$ on that my old ac mail is sci.rajeshchohan@rediffmail.com

When i login in my old your site asked for activation code but didn't get any activation code on my mail please fix it fast as possible receipt no is (#1815-8657) and added amount is 14$ please give my old ac back please ...... And i unable to open complaint ticket please help
