Newbie here- can I get some help?

Hey!
I am pretty new to proxies so I'm not exactly sure what I need to make or use...
Looking for reliability and good transfer.
I need a LOT of proxies for a lot of different Gmail and Gsuite accounts to be run on. In these accounts my bot will be taking care of different actions.
What type of proxy do I need? ip4? http?
I am using Instant Proxies right now but I need to make all US proxies and hopefully I can get them cheaper per month.
Can I get some help here?
