No payment help with crypto and Paypal doesn't work? How do you pay for this website?

Well Ive given up on trying to get help with my bitcoin payment.  Its been hours and it wont accept it but shows it was pulled from my wallet.  Now trying paypal but it doesnt work at all.  Can anyone there help me so I can use this site?????????????

I'm guessing at this point my money is just gone. No email or ticket to open on this site. I guess I should have paid closer attention before waisting 50 dollars.
