Not able To create Proxies Using Azure

Every time I try to create Proxies using Azure. mine is a Azure for student Subscription. I did all the steps showed in your Youtube video but still it gives me error when ever I try to create proxy using it says some error occured and please view the Proxy Log and in proxy log also there is nothing to show why I am seening the error also I registered it with Microsoft,Network . pls look in to the matter though I am not charged. but I have sufficint balance pls help me and solve this problem

Hello,

Go to your Subscription configuration and make sure all permissions are granted for your subscription, aso manually remove all resource groups. And wait like a day (yes their system is very slow) then try again.

I guess you have to sign up for Azure Pay-As-You-Go in order to request increase quota and create more than 4 vps.
