OVH VPS merchant tools

Hello I ordered an server creation through merchant tools for OVH to be able to have 100+ ips on that server. How do i do that? Do i have to buy all the ips from the for 3$ a piece because that is just ridiculous. Is there any way to just get the proxy ips for free after buying the vps?
