Process stuck on proxy installing step

Hi, I was tryng to create France proxy from microsoft azur but after the success notification my proxy is not getiing installed. I am waiting from past 2 hours and refreshed the page as well but it says proxies are installing. I processed for 1 instance only. please help me what should i do? 

 Should i try making new proxy while it says proxy is installing or do i need to wait for more period of time? Please advice, thank you.

Hello, 

Yesterday I have done hardware and software upgrade, plus I have added firewall for extra layer of security. (there was growing number of attacks so I could not wait any longer to do this..). I've been preparing things for it for the last three days. Unfortunately, not everything went as I expected and as a result you have experienced some problems. So yes all problems were caused by this. At the moment all services suppose to run normally, If you find any Bug, please report in Discord https://discord.gg/dyy7PQeU

Oh alright. upgrade is necessary for security and i understand that. Do you recommend trying again now?

I think that cloud tools suppose to work again. Right now need to fix your avatar as you probably joined createproxy somewhere between DNS change :-D

Haha bad timing i guess. Update: I tried again and faced same issue :/ 

Amount also got deducted.

I have tested azure and is working normally, let me test azure again.
