Whenever I want to generate an IPv6 at vultr, I am receiving this message "Request failed: Server failed: You have reached the maximum number of active and recently destroyed subscriptions for this account. To deploy additional services, please request a limit increase". I currently have the basic plan right now. Is this message also means that I do not have enough funds in my account?

Vultr recently updated their instance quota per day (lets say 5) - simply you can create or destroy only limited number of instances per 24 hours interval. You can request them to increase this quota for your account, but make sure that you provide them with good reason why you want to increase instance quota.
In past this was not a problem, we could create and remove a lot instances via CreateProxy but now, it seems to be more and more difficult (this depence on provider), thats why I think, that Creating / Removing instances is probably not best way how to do this in future.
So now Im finishing new Marketplace, because I think that we can bypass this by sharing Proxies between CreateProxy users - I mean its nearly the same as creating instances, because you will get always IP Address after someone else.
For today I will work on Marketplace Testing Feature, so anyone will be able to try Proxy before Buy. I mean CreateProxy will perform request to your target and show you If selected Proxy worked or not - again even when you are creating instances on your own you never know what IP you will get, so you never know if IP you get will work for your needs.
