VULTR proxies not working

Hello,

I've followed the tutorial to create 100 proxies on Vultr but none of them are working..

I deleted the first instance to create a new one in case I had done something wrong in the first place but got the same result, none of the proxies are working..

Previous tutorials will not work any more. Also, can you clarify what you mean by not working, are the IP addresses not responding to ping?

Yes, I've followed the tutorial. The IPs are responding to ping but I cannot connect to it.
