When can Oracle cloud be used?

Hello, I have access to some free oracle accounts, I would like to know if at some point they can be used on your platform, I know that oracle closes all the ports, but I could open them all and maybe you can solve the rest.

It would be very important to be able to do it using that free resource that they offer, if you could do something it would be great

Oracle cloud is in the list of things to add, but is likely a few months away.
