why membership not active?

I add balance 15$ then pay 1month subscription membership, but I am still basic member, balance paid 14$ already.

who is support I can chat directly for help?

hey

you got the membership. basic membership is the second option. you're a member. you can use the features.

i pay monthly and im also a basic member.
